Writing seems easy at first blush but it is one of the hardest things to do. I regularly write blogs, articles, newsletters, and content for websites and each has its own set of requirements. I use research as the basis for writing. Knowing your target audience, and who the blog, press release, or article is meant for makes it easier to use specific language and imagery to get the result that the company wants.
The use of SEO is important because it helps the content rank on search engines and increases the number of viewers. I make a list of keywords, and most searched words specifically for each article to ensure that they are used well.
