Improving The Web Interface for Customer Experience
Online presence for brands is becoming more important than retail outlets in most industries. Websites need to be eye-catching, engaging, and above all easy to use. These were the objectives I was given for the Almaxco Website.
Almaxco, a manufacturer of panels for architectural projects and signage panels in Singapore, required a much needed update of their B2B website from its initial launch. The key requirements for this project was to create a website that was easy to navigate and provide essential information to distributors and potential customers. With the help of cohesive colours across collaterals and frequent uploads of photographs of current Almaxco projects across the world, the website was made attractive for viewers.
The aim was to help customers make quick decisions and choose from product offerings that worked best for them. We added features such as enabling a contact form and a sample request form. We achieved this goal and the results speak for themselves. After the website revamp the company saw:
- +23% sample requests in 12months
- +40% enquiries through the website in 18 months
- +42% organic traffic in 15months
