Bringing a brand to life
This project involved redesigning the website of Twenty 20 Systems, a technology company delivering consulting services in USA and India with its headquarters in New Jersey, USA.
The provides consulting services to their customers under two practice areas - Data Integration and Enterprise Analytics - aligned to IT and Business functions.
This was a unique project, as I had to study two different target audiences and then create an outlook which would be relevant to each category. I designed a simple and easy-to-use website. My goal was to ensure that the webpage provides valuable information and inspiration to the visitors.
The Process
Before I sat down to design this website, I had to identify the crucial touchpoints that can make or break customer satisfaction. I performed an industry analysis to identify the benchmark required, determine trends and best practices. I then designed a simple brand guide for the company to follow for their online and offline marketing collaterals to create a cohesive brand identity across the business.
I then set about creating a website that was customer-centric and helped the business to achieve the outcomes they were focussed on, such as informative content, testimonials from clients and a platform to garner more leads.
I used an SEO strategy for the content, making the website easy to navigate for a smooth customer experience through multiple calls to action.
